TERMS OF DELIVERY

Online store
Konesilta Oy (Y 1721838-0) sells products to companies and private individuals of legal age in Finland and the EU region. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered on the website of the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and sending the order to Konesilta Oy. All customer information is treated confidentially. By placing an order, you agree to the use of your personal data, see the Register statement here. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
Payment and method of payment
After a successful order, an order confirmation and an invoice will be sent to your email. Sending confirmation messages requires providing an email address when ordering.
Delivery methods and costs
We deliver shipments as home delivery, in which case the order is delivered directly to the address you indicated. You can track the shipment’s arrival with the shipment’s serial number. You can see the delivery costs of your order in the order confirmation and invoice.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland are 1-4 business days, depending on the order and delivery method, provided that the product is in stock. More precise times will be announced in connection with the product options. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. Deviating delivery times are announced on the online store’s front page.
Right of cancellation and return conditions
According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order. In the cancellation notice, we ask you to include your name, address, phone number, order date and the reason for the return (if the product is damaged or wrong). The cancellation notice must be sent by e-mail to myynti@konesilta.fi. The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition and in its original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund of the product is made to the payment method used in the order, the delivery cost of the order is not refunded. Attach a copy of the cancellation notice to the product return. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to invoice for the reduction in value.

Exceptions to the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to a product manufactured or modified at the customer’s request.
Complaints
We ask that all complaints related to the order or delivery be sent within seven (7) days of receiving the order to the address: myynti@konesilta.fi.
Unclaimed package
Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. We charge a fee of 50 Euro for an unclaimed package, for which a separate cancellation notification has not been made.
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information.
